Overview
FTI has built custom workflows to accommodate the preferences of various courts. In this example, we were asked to create an animated technology tutorial. Thankfully, we’re familiar with the most active patent venues and have a pre-built, interactive shell and a well-developed workflow that allows us to make fast, cost-effective tutorials, meeting this Court’s preferences for interactivity and voiceover.
The same art was reused for the Claim Construction hearing that followed shortly after the tutorial and then as the basis for a pre-trial mock jury research and, eventually, for the actual trial presentation.
This coordinated approach to creating and presenting core concepts made for consistent, persuasive teaching along with fast turn-around and cost-savings at every stage.
