Overview
A Communications Company accused a Software Vendor of infringing their unique, market-leading patent, used by most of today’s major carriers to accurately bill packet-switched, IP protocol communications.
Our Role
We created all of the graphics used for preliminary jury research, the technology tutorial for summary judgment and a preliminary claim construction presentation. We also provided and coordinated onsite technology and fulfilled all of the onsite presentation support needs.
