Overview
In this ANDA litigation regarding a wakefulness-promoting drug, we provided visual consulting, design, and execution for opening and expert testimony during the validity and infringement trials.
The Challenge
In this critical visual, our design team turned the separation process steps into icons of uniform style in order to focus the viewers’ attention instead on which steps reduced particle size and which were subject to particle loss. By focusing on the strategically valuable part of the message, the designers created the most memorable visual of the trial − one that made a clear point that no one forgot.
