Overview
We were engaged by a leading innovator and one of the world’s leading suppliers, of Cerium doped LSO, the crystals that are often described as the ‘eyes’ of a PET scanner. This crystals are hit with gamma rays to generate photon thermal oxygenation.
Our Role
We were retained by the patent holder’s counsel to explain the technology in the pre-Markman tutorial and then to use the newly taught information in support of the patent holder’s interpretation of the claims in the Markman hearing.
