Federal Jury Tells Campbell’s “No Soup for You!” with $17M Patent Infringement Verdict

FTI Consulting’s Trial & Arbitration Support (“TAS”) practice supported a successful patent infringement suit against soup maker Campbell’s Company on behalf of the patent holder for gravity-operated soup can racks found in grocery store aisles. An Illinois federal jury returned a $17 million verdict in favor of our client Gamon Plus Inc., represented by law firms Irell & Manella LLP and Benesch Friedlander Coplan and Aronoff LLP. The TAS team provided on-site graphics and courtroom technology support for the week-long trial in Chicago.
