Overview
International arbitration is a common resolution path for disputes involving resource extraction, in which one party is often a sovereign state. That was the case in this dispute, in which a Middle Eastern State disputed our client’s right to mine and, ultimately, ejected him from the country.
Our Role
These slides were part of a larger presentation, built using off-the-shelf tools and readily accessible images, that made clear the scale and scope of our client’s investment in developing the site into a working mine.
